In 2014, Transpacific Realty Advisors took over management of our large agricultural property in Maple Ridge. It was not a standard commercial property as it was a mix of residential buildings, large greenhouses, light industrial buildings and even pasture lands.
Transpacific staff did a tremendous job of getting up to speed on the idiosyncrasies of the property and the existing tenants. Some of the tasks that Transpacific took on in that first year included managing some large land clearing and remediation projects, building renovation and demolition, as well as tackling some accounts receivable that were in arrears. All of the projects were completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Transpacific staff were very good at communicating progress and definitely lifted the burden of work from the ownership group.

Rod Fram and his team at Transpacific took over management of our commercial strata complex 7 years ago. After years of inaction and deferred maintenance from the previous managers, the appearance of the buildings was not a source of pride.
