Online Tenant Services is the quick, easy way to make a service request. Log in with your personal password from your phone, tablet, or computer to:
- Request repairs or maintenance
- Report building issues
When you send a request, you’ll receive confirmation that we’ve received it and be able to track the status of your work order at every step.

If you have an emergency such as fire, a gas leak, or a downed power line, or you feel unsafe, call 911 or the FortisBC emergency line; do not use the online service. Once you are safe, please call Tenant Services at 604-873-8591.
If you have an urgent issue!
If you have an urgent issue such as a flood, loss of heat, power, or water, refrigerator failure, or toilet breakdown (with only one toilet in the suite), call Tenant Services at 604-873-8591; do not use the online service.
