Every property we manage at Transpacific Realty Advisors is assigned a team of specialists that includes a licensed property manager, an accountant and an assistant. This core team works together to manage your property on a day-to-day basis and think strategically for your future. Our President, Rod Fram, is also an integral part of your management team and – like every member of your team – is available whenever you need to talk.
We add other professionals, such as lawyers and property tax appeal specialists, to your team as needed, drawing on a network of highly qualified and trusted experts with whom we have longstanding working relationships.
Unlike many companies, we make sure that your entire team knows your buildings inside and out – everyone from the assistant to the accountant tours them. Your portfolio benefits from the group “brain trust”, as we can apply more than one set of skills and ideas to any issues you might have. It also means that any team member can talk knowledgeably to you about your property whenever you have questions – and they can do it in a wide range of languages, including Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, German, French, Polish, and Arabic.
Meet our leadership team
Rod Fram
President
Rod is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the properties we manage, drawing on more than 30 years of high-level real estate experience to help our clients optimize their assets and provide them with innovative solutions. He uses his experience in managing all types of assets, and training in financial, market, and investment analysis, to guide the Transpacific team.
Rod is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Real Estate Institute of BC (RI), and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Margaret Low
VP Finance
Margaret oversees our Accounting Department. She has a CPA, CMA, is a licensed property manager and managing broker, and has more than 25 years of experience in the private sector in varying roles, including Controller and Business Analyst.
Her experience with all aspects of financial reporting and analysis, ERP system implementations, and strategic planning at a global corporation means that she plays a key role in the development of strategy and best practices at Transpacific.
Josephine Chi
Director of Property Management
Josephine has been a licensed property manager since 2007, managing commercial, residential rental, and strata properties. Currently, she manages one of Transpacific’s largest commercial portfolios and leads the commercial property management team.
Josephine serves as a technical resource to our group of property managers and ensures we are at the forefront of industry best practices.
