At Transpacific, people come first

When our President, Rod Fram, left a successful career at a global property management firm, it was because he wanted to give Metro Vancouver residential and commercial property owners something he felt was missing in the market: personal service and attention, combined with a high level of technical expertise.

Many property owners weren’t getting the service and attention they deserved at the national firms, and few local property management companies were able to provide a high level of strategy and expertise.

Rod wanted to create a values-driven property management firm with a company culture that was caring, authentic, and accountable. He wanted his team to be able to develop honest, long-term relationships with their clients, and work directly with owners and investors to achieve their goals. He believed then – as he does now – that successful portfolios start with great working relationships.

Our Values

Caring in action

At Transpacific Realty Advisors, we know that a caring culture has the most influence if it extends out into the world, so we give each of our employees paid time off to volunteer for any registered charity they are associated with.

We also donate to some good causes as a company, among them: A Rocha, International Justice Mission Canada (IJM), Ratanak International, Monarch Place Transition House, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). A Rocha

A Rocha is an international, conservation-based organization. In addition to donating, we participate in their Community Shared Agriculture program. During the growing season our office receives boxes of fresh produce from their organic farm in Surrey, BC.

International Justice Mission

The International Justice Mission’s team of lawyers, investigators, social workers, and others works to protect poor people in the developing world against violent crimes such as human trafficking, slavery, and police brutality.

Ratanak International

Ratanak International is a Vancouver-based organization that combats exploitation and human trafficking in Cambodia.

Monarch Place Transition House

The Monarch Place Transition House offers shelter and support for women and children fleeing domestic violence. It is operated by WINGS (Women in Need Gaining Strength), a non-profit organization serving women throughout Metro Vancouver.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) works to stop impaired driving and to support victims who have been injured, or who have lost loved ones, due to an impaired driver.

Chrysalis Society

Since 1988, Chrysalis Society has supported over 3,500 women throughout B.C. It operates four programs; three long-term addiction recovery homes and subsidized housing for marginalized women in Vancouver.
