As part of our proactive approach, we review a monthly checklist for your property to ensure that contracts are up-to-date, (insurance, fire prevention, leases), building systems and suites have had their scheduled inspections (health and safety, fire safety, roof, general), and deficiencies have been attended to. We also send you a monthly operating report so that you always know the status of your property. We’re there, so you don’t have to be.
