Tenant's guide to Mold
Mold can be harmful or helpful, depending on where it grows. Mold are microscopic fungi that needs moisture to grow. You encounter mold every day. Foods spoil because of mold and the fuzzy black growth on wet windowsills is mold. Mold can be useful, for example penicillin is a type of mold.
